I ordered this waterpik and was not so sure about it since it is cordless. No worries about that after receiving and using it. It keeps a charge for several days and is so convenient to use as it is nice enough to leave sitting out on the vanity. You may have to fill the waterpik twice but that is not an issue as you just lay it sideways and put it under the bathroom faucet. I am very happy with this purchase.

My dentist recommended the waterpik for my daily dental care, so I bought one for myself and I liked it so much I bought one for my husband, now he's addicted to it too. Since our master bathroom is upstairs, I bought a third one to keep it in the powder room downstairs.By the way, I'd checked prices prior to puschase and found Amazon not only got the lowest price but also provided free shipping.

The cordless unit works great in the shower. A full charge will operate the unit for 20 to 30 uses before needing to recharge. It has very ample jet action and will clean a mouthful of teeth before running out of water with a little practice. Until you can get proficient you may want to refill the the unit twice, once for the top set of teeth and once for the bottom. I like it and use it routinely.

I brought this item only a couple of weeks ago and have only used it a few times (maybe 10 times) and it has already started to malfunction. At first I thought it needed to be recharged but after charging it overnight I had the same problem. Now it operates fine for ONLY 3 seconds then quickly loses all its power. And this unfortunately happened when the return deadline expired so now I'm stuck with a non-working waterpik. I will never buy this brand again.

I bought a 450 Ultra about 2 months ago.Already is will not hold a charge. I followed the directions religiously. I'm actually going to ask for a refund no matter how long it takes. I took a second chance, but Waterpik will never get my money again.
