Three modes include:
Clean - for maximum cleaning efficacy
Sensitive - for those with sensitive teeth and gums

MaxCare - which delivers a 3-minute, thorough, full-mouth clean
GoCare - for a quick 1-minute clean between regular brushings
The new ProResults brush head works in a broad sweeping motion with contour fit bristles to help increase tooth coverage. This, combined with Sonicare's patented sonic technology, creates a high speed bristle motion that allows a powerful but gentle dynamic cleaning action, ensuring a deep clean between teeth and along the gum line. Additional features include a 30 percent smaller and lighter design and an 80 percent reduction in vibration (compared to Sonicare Elite).
The specially engineered UV sanitizer helps to eliminate bacteria commonly found on your toothbrush. Simply place the brush head in the FlexCare sanitizing unit, and with a single push of a button, your brush will be sanitized. I had the Intelliclen system I was happy with it in till I learned that sonicare no longer made brush heads for it what ever reason which was stupid but whatever I think it was mainly because they wanted people to upgrade.... So I Bought the 900+ flex-care after the first time I'm glad I did... This little handle packs a punch. it has to be the most powerful sonicare Ive ever experienced with all the options as well ? where could I go? Some people say it's noisy I do not see how this is. It is just has loud/quite as any other sonicare So I do not know what they are talking about.. I think they best Option really is the Quad-placer I'm glad they kept that on there. I personally like it and surprised no one else is even talked about it. Plus having the U.V. Sanitizer on board is nice only takes 10mins to run a cycle. the whole unit really don't take up a lot of room if you have a typical sink. though if you have something like a pedestal you might need a shelf or something because it wont fit. It dose come with two brush size's I personally only the bigger one it also come's with a smaller one. I really hope Sonicare plans on keeping this one around longer then 4 years unlike my last one. If you are looking for a Top notch rechargeable toothbrush you would be crazy not to buy this one..

First time I have purchaed an electric tooth brush. This works great and my dentist wanted me to buy an electric model from them until I told them I had purchased the Philips Sonicare, they were pleased with my choice as well as I am pleased with this purchase.

Love my new Sonicare! After using your teeth feel like you just left the dentist. Have heard about all the germs that are on your toothbrush so the sanitizer is a great feature. While it is expensive, I think it is certainly worth it and trust that it will last for many years.

This Philips Sonicare FlexCare is an update to my previous sonicare.
The massage cycle is a treat to my gums. I like the fact there are options to cleaning and massage cycles. The sanitizer is a plus. I have been very pleased with this product.
