I love this, works as described, runs warm (not hot), and easy to use. The toothbrush is dry and clean the next time I'm ready to use it. The only con: this unit is intended to be left plugged in, perpetually, and never completely shuts off.
P.S. Don't push your toothbrush in too far, or the bottom of the plastic basket might break through. That part doesn't seem to be made very well.

This sanitizer is my toothbrush savior. I feel so much better after I purchased this sanitizer to keep my toothbrush clean and my whole entire family. I am about to purchase three more, so everyone in my family can have one and feel safe like I do. It keeps our brushes clean and sanitized.

Product does as advertised except:
1. Bottom of toothbrush is very hot when you take it out to use it each time.
2. It is always on-either in steam mode- or heat mode.
