The Oral-B unit which uses these refill brushes is an expensive item but, for me, it has been worth every penny it cost. My dentist says that if all of his patients cared for their teeth as I do mine, he'd go broke. Talk such as that makes the refills a good buy also.

Wonderful product. Too bad the smaller toothbrushes aren't included in equal number in the refill package.
